Call For Papers

Authors are invited to submit original papers reporting on research results or novel applications in technology enhanced and web-based learning. Submitted papers have to be in pdf format, and according to the Springer LNCS Authors Guidelines. Submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least two competent reviewers. Submission can be either FULL paper (10 to 12 pages) or SHORT paper (6 to 8 pages). The submissions for full papers should not exceed 16 pages including the reference and appendix sections. The submission for short paper should not exceed 10 pages including the reference and appendix sections. All accepted papers presented at the conference will be published in a volume of Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS).

Paper Submission & Publication

  1. Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers reporting on research results or novel applications in technology enhanced learning and web-based learning. Submissions will be handled through the dedicated EasyChair page.
  2. Submitted papers have to be in pdf format, and according to the Springer LNCS Authors Guidelines. Formats for the submissions are either Full Paper (10-12 pages) or Short Paper (6-8 pages).
  3. Submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least two competent reviewers. The Technical Program Committee of ICWL will manage the review process and will accept submitted papers either as Full Paper, or as Short Paper, or as Poster Paper (having a maximum of 4 pages).
  4. All accepted papers presented at the conference will be published in a volume of Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS).
  5. Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers.
  6. Authors of the accepted papers are invited to submit your revised and extended papers to International Journal of Learning Technology, https://www.inderscience.com/jhome.php?jcode=ijlt.
